I dumped all my colleagues tonight… a bunch of people were gathering around Adam and staring at him while I was leaving for my date with Lake. We went to see the film Babel. It’s a really cool movie. The dinner tonight should have been fancy, but due to the movie, we just had some barbeque. Not healthy at all but delicious.

It seems that the project is clearer to me day by day. Finally have some communication with both the two AIESEC LC. And that’s a good thing. I just finished some description of what I have been thinking. If I can really achieve it, the result can be great. So there will be so tough job the next week…

I am tired and maybe just stop here. And my room mates are crazily into the TV serials named Heroes. And I am wordless. Gonna do some study on Sustainable development.

昨天睡晚，今天起迟。早上洗澡洗到一半，没有热水了。
今天第一天，终于对这个项目有了认识。发现自己可以做的事情很多，自由度很大，责任不小，同事很赞。
今天才发现，昨天晚上吃饭的桌上，有大陆的，台湾的，日本的，以及其他。还蛮开心的。很多政治问题……算了，还是不讨论了。今天开会的时候，和给我们做presentation的同事不停的讨论开去，结果开会开到六点多。结果发现这里的人确实不错。不知是国际多元化的工作环境让他们有根开阔的眼光呢，还是作为一个NGO工作人员，受到工作性质的熏陶，抑或本来就是具有不同的气质才来这里工作的。觉得下面的三个礼拜会过得很有收获。
具体地说一下我现在在干什么。Plan International是一个国际组织，其活动的主要目的是关于发展，援助的。具体的领域有教育，生计，环境，卫生，经济等。AIESEC也是一个国际组织，其主体都是学生。这两边合作，要做一个有国际文化交流的中国可持续发展教育的项目。由Plan International出资和提供专业及技术的支持，AIESEC提供trainee,还有我：）好奇怪，来做这个项目。我最为这个项目的Project Manager,需要利用Plan International的资源和AIESEC合作，制定项目计划，然后train这些trainee,让他们能够到中学去给高中生讲授Sustainable development这个课题，以期对这些高中生产生影响，让他们具备关于这个课题的基本知识和关注可持续发展的观念，以及在成长的过程中通过自己的经历，获得更多信息的能力。并希望最终通过这些人，影响整个社会对于可持续发展的认识。今年是这个项目的第一年，我们希望这一年的活动能够起到推动作用，让这个项目具有持续性，能够扩大影响力。这些是我对这个项目的理解，也是我准备做的方向，至于具体做的怎么样，还要看我接下来的工作。Bless me.:)
Lake and i didn't get to see each other today. she is in the hospital with her grandma. Hope she is getting better.
晚上和Echo去了回民街。她胃疼，基本没有吃。希望她能在下乡考察之前好起来。我也不好意思让她看着我吃，今天权且当随便逛逛。可是最后居然在回民街口的McD买了汉堡带回去，讨论的结果是McD比较健康……没话说了。六块钱买了双布鞋。超帅！吴永超，我也给你带一双吧。巨符合你的气质。

 

Guys… I am in Xi’an now. Sorry didn’t say that earlier. Now I am working with Plan International as a project manager in a program subjected at sustainable development. Arrived at the headquarter 5 o’clock this afternoon and meet my colleagues, Adam, a nice guy; Echo, a cute and smart girl… And people I don’t remember their names. Now I am living with Adam and Echo, in Adam’s apartment. Barely decorated and very cold… I have helped Adam buy a mattress and studied on the program today. Quite excited about it for that it’s making sense!
And thank Xiaoye seeing me off at the airport, had a great time talking with you and seeing the planes landing. And lake picked me at the airport is nice seeing her out of ShanghaiJ. And we ate the Roujiamo today. Delicious! But the Choujiu, Eh, I didn’t even finish it. And don’t get angry honey.
I will miss all you guys there and work hard here. +U+U!!!
